The Dream Is Alive, But Threatened Though 74% of Americans see homeownership as the ultimate American Dream - over a college degree, owning an automobile, career, or retirement - 47% doubt that dream is achievable. That's nearly half of us!
The Obstacles Are Real Home prices in many communities are up over 50% in just four years. Interest rates have more than doubled. Wall Street is buying up neighborhoods, outcompeting - sometimes overpaying - locking renters out of their American Dream. This problem - this gap in the market - is what gets me up every day. It's what excites me that I could be an agent for change in the lives of many, many families.
You Can Be the Hero I'm looking for investors who see and understand my vision. Beyond the 8-10% returns (which are very consistent and respectable), your capital can create homeowners when banks say no. But imagine - you could literally change lives and your legacy.
